Feel Created and Venn Colleges Group shortlisted for best website at Northern Digital Awards 2022

WordPress development company & digital agency, Feel Created Limited (Feel Created), has been shortlisted in the best website category at the Northern Digital Awards 2022 for its work with the sixth-form college group, Venn Colleges Group.

The Venn Colleges website, designed and developed by the Feel Created team, is a promotional and learning resource that showcases the services of six colleges: John Leggott College, Scarborough Sixth Form College, Wilberforce Sixth Form College, Franklin Sixth Form College and Wyke Sixth Form College. The website is recognised by the Department for Education (DfE) as a trusted resource.

The shortlisted Venn Colleges website was custom built around an easy-to-use WordPress CMS. The team utilised Gutenberg block editing technology to ensure that content blocks and pages were easy for staff to update while staying true to the brand of each college.

In addition, the Feel Created team incorporated advanced filtering, improving resource searches by tagging items for better categorisation. By allowing users to find and download content quickly, Feel Created made sure they tapped into the resource’s full potential as a relevant learning tool for today’s audience.
