Item 1
Text: We have completed our latest carbon emissions report with the SME Climate Hub, giving us a better picture of Feel Created’s environmental impact and a firm basis for measuring our progress each year. Environmental responsibility isn’t new for us. We began formally assessing our impact in 2021, joined Ecologi to support climate projects around the world, and have continued making practical changes to how Feel Created operates. This year we’ve taken that further by completing a detailed emissions report through the SME Climate Hub, covering the period from 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2026. Our calculated footprint for the year was 3.06 tonnes of CO₂e. We’ve also reconstructed a 2021 baseline of approximately 5.5 tonnes of CO₂e using the business information available to us. Historical supplier information isn’t complete, so we’ve been open about where we've needed reasonable estimates. From here, we’ll have much better annual data to work with.
Keeping our day-to-day impact low

Item 1
Text: We’re a smaller business, so our direct environmental footprint is already relatively limited. That doesn’t mean there aren’t things we can do. Our office uses electricity rather than gas and we buy our electricity only from a renewable energy supplier. We don’t operate company-owned vehicles, though we do include all commutable miles by our team in our calculations. What’s more, a growing number of our team now drive electric cars, and we keep business travel to a minimum with most meetings taking place via video link. We also work largely paper-free, use digital systems rather than printed documents and generate very little office waste. The biggest areas we still need to improve are within our wider supply chain. Measuring Scope 3 emissions from purchased services, technology and suppliers is more difficult, and this year’s work has helped us identify where better data will be useful in future reports.

Text: As a digital agency, the infrastructure behind the websites we build and host matters too. Our managed WordPress hosting runs on Google Cloud. Our host supplier confirms that Google Cloud is one of the platforms used for its hosting infrastructure, including its European locations. We’ve also provided information to the Green Web Foundation, whose Green Web Dataset independently tracks hosting providers that can provide evidence about the energy used to deliver their services. Google Cloud is currently recognised through its Green Web Check as a verified green hosting provider. We’ll continue to monitor this area as standards for greener digital infrastructure develop.
Supporting climate projects through Ecologi
Content
Item 1
Text: Alongside reducing our own emissions, we’ve supported Ecologi projects since 2021. To date, Feel Created’s Ecologi profile records 2,123 trees funded and 131 tonnes of CO₂e avoided through the projects we’ve helped fund and we contribute further each month. Those projects cover a wide range of activities worldwide, from renewable energy and forest protection to methane reduction and reforestation. In 2026 alone, projects we’ve supported include forest protection in Colombia, fuel-efficient cookstoves in Uganda, forest restoration in Guatemala and agroforestry in Kenya. The 131 tonnes of avoided CO₂e recorded by Ecologi is considerably higher than our current annual calculated footprint of 3.06 tonnes. We don’t treat the two figures as cancelling one another out. Our priority remains reducing the emissions associated with our own operations and supply chain, while Ecologi provides a way for us to support additional climate action.

Item 1
Text: We aim to reach net zero by 2030. As part of that, we’re working to halve our Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions from our estimated 2021 starting point. The main job now is to make annual measurement routine. We’ll continue using renewable electricity, keeping travel and waste low, choosing suppliers carefully and improving the information we collect about our wider supply chain. We’ll also continue supporting climate projects through Ecologi. Having a proper annual figure means we’ll be able to see where we’re making progress, where emissions are coming from and where there’s more we can realistically do.
