“Demand for English language learning courses remains high. With Learning English Plus, we aim to collate relevant information from the growing number of available online resources, making it quick and easy for ESOL professionals to access what they need to support their teaching.”
“We encourage training and resource providers to contact us if they have information that could benefit our readers. Learning English Plus is designed to grow to meet the needs of the community it serves, acting as a comprehensive ESOL provision for Yorkshire and Humber,” concludes Catherine.
Learning English Plus is an extension of LEYH, a MESH project delivered in partnership with Migration Yorkshire, and funded by local authorities across Yorkshire and the Humber and the Asylum Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) . The LEYH website has been developed in partnership with Feel Created, to provide information on opportunities to learn English across the Yorkshire and Humber region.
