Feel Created appointed to tell the story of the Nostell Estate

Specialist digital agency, Feel Created has partnered with the Nostell Estate to promote the Yorkshire business park as the workplace destination for local businesses.

All 40,000 square feet of office space within the prestigious park is currently let, home to over 40 businesses with national and international reach. Feel Marketed, a division of Feel Created, has been appointed to help communicate all aspects of estate life to tenants and those wishing to join the growing waiting list for office space.

Peter Molyneux, estate director at the Nostell Estate, said:

"We're looking forward to partnering with Feel Created to evolve our marketing strategy from increasing awareness of vacant offices to engaging with existing and prospective tenants on issues that matter to us. The story of Nostell Estate doesn’t stop with a full park – we're building a unique business community for our tenants, and we want the journey to be accessible to all."

Initially a successful development of the former Estate Yard, the park has grown to include state-of-the-art facilities, such as a café and social hub, human and canine showers, electric car charging points and free bicycle usage.

Each addition has been well-considered with modern life and wellbeing in mind. The facilities serve a tenant base of businesses as diverse as e-commerce pet supply to environmental consultancy, with employee numbers ranging from one to 500.
